BOOSTER EYE EXERCISE #2: FLASHING

What It Is: With your eyes closed, switch a bright light on and off in time to your breathing. What It Does: This eye exercise strengthens the iris muscle. It improves the nutrient flow inside your eyes and makes them healthier to naturally.

How To Do It: Step 1. Remove your glasses and sit about 1’ in front of a bright unshaded 150 watt incandescent light with your eyes closed and relaxed. If the light is too bright, move the lamp farther away, and reduce the distance as the light becomes more comfortable.

Step 2. Breathe slowly and deeply. As you inhale, switch the light on. As you exhale, switch it off. Concentrate on the sensation of warm, pulsating energy in your eyes. Important Variation. Leave the light on. Don’t switch it on and off. Slowly move your head from side to side.
